The Kid with a Bike

Multi-award winning filmmaking duo Luc and Jean-Pierre Dardenne began making films in the 1970s, but it wasn't until The Promise was released in the 1990s that they came into prominence. Since then, they have won the Palme d'Or award at Cannes twice, an accolade only shared with six other directors in the world including Francis Ford Coppola. Here, Crane.tv catches up with the Belgian brothers to discuss their latest film, Kid with a Bike, wherein they revisit their much-loved themes of parenthood and trust.
